On 28 August 2009 one of the worlds greatest rock’n’roll bands crumbled in front of the public eye and left a vacant hole at the top of the music industry pyramid. This was soon filled by almost the same band… Beady Eye was born.

On the 8th March 2010, one of our most eagerly awaited albums of the year was released. Black Rebel Motorcycle Club has again, and to no surprise, created an era defining record, ‘Beat The Devil’s Tattoo’. A new line up with an existing sound that doesn’t seem possible, but it works perfectly...

In the midst of 2009, rising from the ashes of rocks most important groups, The Dead Weather formed and they just happen to be one of the most important supergroups to emerge in the last year, maybe even in the last decade. Comprising of Alison Mosshart on vocals (of The Kills and Discount), Jack White (of The Raconteurs and The White Stripes), Dean Fertita (of Queens of the Stone Age) and Jack Lawrence (of The Greenhornes and The Raconteurs)...

Once again I am completely blown away by the British ‘real’ music scene. I’ve been eagerly awaiting for the new album from Kasabian for months (West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum, which is due out in all good record shops on June 8th) and I was not disappointed by the first installment of singles...
